INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GSC) represent the contractual provisions governing the relationship and obligations between Aromatech sprl and any internet user (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who comes into contact with Aromatech sprl for the purpose of make purchases online through the site www.he.aromatech.be (hereinafter referred to as the Site) which is the property of Aromatech sprl used to market its products remotely.

ARTICLE 1: ONLINE BUYING PROCESS ON THE SITE

1.1 Account Creation
Before placing an order, the Customer may create a customer account on the Site by providing personal information including a valid email address and choosing a personal password that will be used to identify him / her at each login on the Site.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE

2.1 The products
The website offers products for aromatherapy, well-being and cosmetics (essential oils, diffusers, sprays). The Site also offers fact sheets on products.
2.2 Availability and prices
The products are offered for sale as long as they are visible on the Site at the price shown all taxes included in euros and within the limits of available stocks.

The Customer has the opportunity to read the DLU of the lots before placing an order by sending an email request to "info@aromatech.be". The products offered for sale by the Site comply with the applicable legislation and standards in Belgium.

3.5 Previous payment problem
The Site reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

3.6 Retention of title
Products ordered by the Customer remain the property of Aromatech sprl until full payment of the price of the order.

ARTICLE 4: PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF ORDER

4.1 Preparation of the order
The order is usually prepared and shipped within 1 to 4 days after receipt of payment (two shipments per week).
The Customer will be contacted by email or telephone if difficulties prevent the preparation of his order.
All orders are sent in recycled or recyclable packaging with protective bubble papers.
4.2 Methods, deadlines and delivery charges

Delivery is made by post, depending on the weight, quantity and size of products ordered. The cost corresponding to the delivery is displayed before the validation of the order.
The Customer chooses from the shipping methods specified below.


For deliveries in Belgium:

• b-post (delivery time from 2 to 5 days)

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and the size of the articles. They are automatically displayed on our site before validation of the order. Shipping costs are offered from 100 € of purchase.

• withdrawal in store (only by appointment). Aromatech sprl will contact you by email or phone upon receipt of your payment.


For deliveries in France and Luxembourg:

• b-post (delivery time from 2 to 7 days)

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and the size of the articles. They are automatically displayed on our site before validation of the order. Shipping costs are offered from 100 € of purchase.

The Customer must have a standard mailbox to prevent the loss, theft or damage to small packages.
4.3 Delivery of orders paid by bank transfer
Orders paid by transfer are dispatched upon receipt of the transfer to the bank account communicated to the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to make the payment within a reasonable time. Failure to receive payment within 10 days of the confirmation of the online order will lead to the cancellation of the order.
4.4 Place of delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Aromatech sprl declines any responsibility for a bad delivery due to a typing error made by the

Customer when ordering. Any reshipment of an order following such an error will be made at the Customer's expense.
However, if the order has not yet been sent, the Customer has the possibility to contact Aromatech sprl by e-mail to info@aromatech.be or by phone number 0477/54 40 55 as soon as possible to correct input errors.

4.5 Delayed delivery
In case of late delivery, the Customer is required to check with the post office closest to the delivery address if the package is not retained or lost. If necessary, he will have to report by sending an e-mail to info@aromatech.be
4.6 Receipt and verification of the package
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is required to examine the appearance of the package and its contents. If the package seems to have been repacked by the carrier (strapping, adhesive tape ..) or if it seems to be deformed, damaged, wet or if it shows traces of blow or liquid, the Customer has the opportunity to refuse the package by mentioning "damaged package".
If the Customer is prevented by the driver from checking the condition and contents of the package, he is entitled to refuse.
For the same reasons, if the Customer has not received the parcel in person and is damaged, he must bring it to the post office closest to the delivery address to express his reservations and claims. .
In any case the Customer must contact Aromatech sprl to inform him within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 Period of the right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days during which he may decide to reconsider his engagement with Aromatech sprl. This period runs from the receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty.
5.2 Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The Customer is required to inform Aromatech sprl by email of the exercise of his right of withdrawal and undertakes to return the products within the legal period. In case of dispute, the Customer must provide any document proving that he has respected the deadlines for the exercise of his right. The customer can, if he wishes, use this withdrawal form.

5.3 Terms of return of products
The Customer must return the goods to the address: Aromatech sprl, Rue Isidore Fumal 18 - 4280 Hannut, Belgium ensuring that the products are well packaged and protected. Customer must ensure that the order for which it is retracted is returned complete.
The customer is required to take all necessary precautions and make every effort to return the products in their original packaging and in resale condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5.4 Terms of repayment
Aromatech sprl undertakes to reimburse the amounts paid for this order Customer who has exercised his right of withdrawal in time. The refund is made within thirty (30) days from receipt of the products. The refund will take place on the bank account number that you have to indicate in your withdrawal request.

5.5 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

ARTICLE 7: FORCE MAJEURE

ARTICLE 8: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete his data stored on the Site.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTIONAL JURISDICTION AND RULES

If one or more of the stipulations of these General Conditions of Sale are held invalid, void or inapplicable under a law, regulation or court decision the other stipulations will remain valid and will remain effective.
